Healthy Eating Without The Hype

Turning confusion into confidence

Interactive PSHE talks helping teenagers navigate nutrition misinformation, body-image pressures and the influence of social media.

Today’s young people are surrounded by conflicting messages about food, appearance and what it means to be “healthy” - from detox trends and “skinny jab” ads to filtered fitness influencers and protein culture.

I combine nutrition and psychology to help students question what they see, understand what influences their choices and develop healthier habits without guilt, restriction or perfection.
